Please join APT WGLC on April 2nd for a lunch presentation covering Preservation Related Tax Credit Opportunities for commercial and residential structures.
Andrew Elders from Ryan LLC will provide an overview of federal and state preservation related tax credits available for income producing buildings and Susan Benjamin and Jeanne Sylvester of Benjamin Historic Certifications will provide an overview of preservation related tax incentives for Illinois based residential structures. Both teams will discuss eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, and provide a general overview of the award process. Approximately twenty minutes of question-and-answer time will be provided after the presentations. This event will offer 1 AIA CEU to APT WGLC members pending approval.
